Refund policy
Bruijn works with trusted delivery partners to ensure every order is handled with care and delivered as promptly as possible. For UAE deliveries, Bruijn currently works with Transcorp, which offers temperature-controlled delivery through chiller vans and is qualified to transport heat-sensitive food products.
While every effort is made to deliver orders on time, Bruijn does not take responsibility for delays caused by external factors, including courier delays, traffic, public holidays, peak-season demand, incorrect delivery details, recipient unavailability, customs procedures for international shipments, or any other circumstances beyond Bruijn’s control.
Customers are advised to plan in advance and allow a suitable buffer period, especially during high-demand seasons such as Eid, Ramadan, Diwali, Christmas, and other public holidays.
For urgent deliveries within Dubai, customers are requested to contact Bruijn before placing the order or immediately after checkout. Urgent delivery requests are subject to availability, location, order preparation time, and courier capacity. Any additional charges for urgent or special delivery arrangements will be communicated to the customer in advance through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
As Bruijn’s products are edible and sensitive to heat, customers are requested to receive the order promptly and store the products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight immediately upon delivery. Once an order has been delivered, Bruijn is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delayed collection, improper storage, exposure to heat, or failed delivery attempts.
