Terms of service

We take quality seriously and want you to enjoy every Bruijn creation. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, strict conditions apply:

  • Reporting Damages: Any damages must be reported at the time of delivery with a pictorial image as proof. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if this proof is provided.

  • No Proof, No Refunds: In the absence of photo evidence, Bruijn will not be liable for refunds.

  • No Returns: All items sold by Bruijn are non-returnable once delivered.

  • Replacements: If a damaged parcel is verified by Bruijn and the reporting procedure is followed, a replacement of the same product will be arranged. Substitutions or alternative products are not permitted.

  • Storage Conditions: Bruijn is not liable for refunds or replacements if products are stored improperly after delivery, including exposure to direct sunlight or temperatures above 24°C.

Transaction Failures: Orders where payment has not been successfully completed are not valid. Bruijn will only process confirmed transactions.
