Bruijn ensures that every order is handled with the utmost care and delivered promptly through trusted express shipping partners, keeping in mind the perishable nature of our edible products.

Key Details

Delivery Time:

Next Day Delivery: Available across all Emirates.
Priority Delivery (Dubai only): Delivery within 4 hours for orders placed between 10 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Order Processing:

Orders placed after 4 PM on Saturday until 9 AM Monday will be processed and delivered on the same day or next working day.
All other orders are processed promptly to meet the above delivery timelines.

Shipping Partners: All orders are shipped via express delivery services.
Shelf Life: Every product carries a minimum shelf life of one month from the date of dispatch, if stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Planning Ahead: Bruijn does not take responsibility for delays caused by external factors. Customers are advised to plan in advance and allow a buffer period during peak seasons such as Eid, Diwali, Ramadan, and Christmas.
Customer Responsibility: Bruijn is not responsible for incorrect information provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability, or wrong address details.
Delivery Attempts: Each order will be attempted only once.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for failed delivery attempts resulting from customer error or unavailability.
